The guy is a terrific shut down C and at 1 mil a great signing for the 4th line. He kills Penalties, plays a strong shut down role, and takes away hard d minutes from Bo and Miller. Hockey is a team sport, his ability to perform the dirty work and the hard defensive work no one likes is what allows Bo, Miller and Petey to have more offensive opportunity. 2 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sutter is a leader in the locker room, never complained about any role he played and I think the 10-12 minutes a night on the 4th line is perfect for him.
