Coconuts Posted July 28, 2021 Share Posted July 28, 2021 (edited) I'm thoroughly upset, this one hurts my heart. There goes the one of, if not the best, D the Canucks have ever had. Last of the cup final squad, end of an era. I really wanted him to play his entire career here, he only needed like 75 games to his 1k as a Canuck. It's devastating that he won't reach that milestone here. He could have been the first D to play 1k in a Canucks uni. We weren't going to pay him that though, and I don't blame him for taking that sort of money. That's likely his last contract, short of a one day Nucks contract. Be well Eddie, I'll miss ya.
