The Canucks don't tank. Period. There was a time when, if we'd just tanked 3 games against California teams at the end of a lost season, and we'd have Auston Matthews right now. Could have cashed in on Miller and Pearson maybe Boeser and still had a top six of Kuz Petey Podz Hog Bo Mikeychev And a way better D group. But nope go in with 7 AHL D, Hughes Myers and OEL only sure top 6 guys. Schenn is great but only a top six on a low end team. Love the guy.
