I have a gut feeling that his tenure here is going to be short lived. I do not see him as a long term fit but more of a way for the teams to balance out both value and cap hit. Isles would want to move cap out in order to fit Bo in. Personally, IMO, he gets moved either as a package deal before the TDL or over the summer. I do not expect to see him as part of the team next fall. 1
Popular Post -AJ-
Things I've found through a quick dig into his stats: - 7th on the Isles forwards in points-per-game--probably a 3rd liner with splashes of 2nd line possibilities - Two years ago, had .60 points per game, which pro-rates to 49 points in 82 games - Ceiling is probably 25 goals, 25 assists, 50 points, but expect more like 18 goals, 18 assists - Poor shooting percentages in past two years, could rise to being a close-to-20 goal scorer again with better shooting and luck - Took face-offs at the start of his career, but doesn't anymore - Relatively poor -4 rating - Not very physical (few hits and slightly small) - Average defensive numbers at best - Used a small amount on the PK, but not as a regular - Generally used offensively with a 57.2 Oz% - Used on the 2nd PP unit for the Isles in 2022-23 - Very responsible on the penalty front; received a single 5th place Lady Byng vote back in 2018-19 2

Excels at chipping pucks past opponents and retrieving them on the other side. Owns good hands and excellent moves in tight spaces. Has added strength since entering the NHL but could use more. Is very streaky offensively, and when he is not scoring the rest of his game tends to suffer. Long Range Potential: Speedy, versatile winger. kanucks25
Project player. One of those guys everyone thinks has potential to become a legit top-6er but never did. Many Isles fans became pretty frustrated with his game. Not a bad "buy low" bet, but you'd wish the cap hit was much smaller on a gamble like this.

Captain Canuck #12
Speed and penalty killing prowess. People don't seem to realize he's bringing our forward group two of the things we need most. 2
