Kudos to the entire group - they looked as composed as ever. Hope Beagle can heal up - he's a vital element (and still battled, regardless) - but quite a luxury to have the quality of veteran shutdown guy injured and still have a line like Sutter's that you can lean on - as well as a couple faceoff guys like Horvat and Miller to step in. Beagle's 59.2% faceoff percentage - when you consider that it is harder to win draws in your own zone (attacking center has the advantage) and the sheer volume of dzone draws he takes - is unreal. I thought it was an impressive puck hounding effort by the entire lineup - led by Motte, who is a bloody pleasure to watch every shift. 4 5 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
