Warhippy
He had a long amazing career. Might not have won the holy grail during it, but was almost impossible to dislike as a player which is honestly; harder to do than most think. 2
HKSR
Is he a HOFer? Let the debate begin... I say no. He played a long time... just not sure if that's enough. 566 goals 631 assists 1197 points 1779 games!!
Master Mind
Heck of a career. Glad he was able to break the all time games played record.
-Vintage Canuck-
After Marleau’s retirement, there are only two players remaining who were drafted in the 1990s — Joe Thornton and Zdeno Chara. Who will be the last man standing?

Who will be the last man standing? Probably a good chance they both retire at seasons end just a matter of who pulls the rip cord first. I would say "yes" Only 4 retired players with more points not in HHOF (Turgeon, Roenick, Nicholls and Damphousse) Zero retired players with more goals............ 23rd all time in goals scored.......... May take a while to get in but I say "yes"

I'd say yes, if only based on longevity and his point totals It's honestly amazing how well his speed held up, even at the end he could just absolutely fly by most players
-AJ-
Heck of a long career. He not only played til a ripe old age, but he was durable, and started his career at 18, playing a full season. A combination of all those three things are what led to him becoming the games played leader. It will be a very hard record to break.

Man does time ever go by fast. 2

AV.
Like as if 32 NHL teams didn't already make that decision for him.
hammertime
He was a great adversary I love hated those shark series. I would have loved to have him in our colours. Great career. Lets hope Miller ages as fine as a nice Marleau.
PetterssonOrPeterson
For the amount of points he got, he always seemed like a guy with class. Soft spoken and a player that would do whatever the team would ask of him. Congrats
