He's a lot of fun to watch, and our PP just looks so much better with him on it. I wonder if the Canucks start marketing a little stuffed Huggy Bear with jersey 43 on it? Goal:thecup
xereau: great GDT thanks, but it is a double-header today. Can we include Podkolzin's game in your GDT? QMJHL (or, in French: LHJMQ) vs Podz and Sodz 4:00pm Pacific Time Shaw Ch: 118 Sportsnet. (Starts in 2 hours from now.) Russia has a lot of good and physical players. Podkolzin is awesome.

appleboy
Jake is on a fifty point pace. I doubt he will maintain that but it will be something worth watching. Twenty goals and forty points would be a breakout year for the young man. We all know that he is working on consistency. Could it be this year? Gaud, IMHO opinion, is gonna be a player who blossoms over a few seasons. Look at how guys like Kesler and even the twins kept taking steps year after year....this kid has the work ethic and drive to succeed. Not bad for a 5th round pick alright. He's already noticeably better than last year, particularly on offense. Then there's Madden, Rathbone and Focht coming up behind him and looking nearly as good. Benning isn't acing it with just his high picks.
