Impressive consistency, but honestly, so choked up on the stick like that, I'd think most NHL players wouldn't be too far off from being able to do this kind of stuff.

From the reports, it sounds like she's DUI. I had strong feelings about people who do this sort of stuff, but now that she's pretty much dead, the whole situation is a tragedy.

thats true, my bro in law sells electrical equipment, I think 1/2 his sales go to seaspan.

  5. Big congrats to Richmond's Evan Dunfee and Camryn Rogers, both gold medal winners at the Commonwealth games. Dunfee's was a gutsy performance, coming from 5th to take the gold. Shattered his personal best record.

Now lock the bastard up for FIVE CONSECUTIVE life sentences so he never sees outside the walls of a cell again during his lifetime.
There is much more I wish for him but maybe that will come to fruition in prison....don't drop the soap, Aydin, you sadsack excuse of a humanoid.

  12. Be careful what you wish for, folks. This reminds me of the 'OMG VILARDI GLASS" chant. Miller leaving would be NOTHING to celebrate...ripping the heart out of the team and leaving a gaping wound. But sure, let's party.

Yeah, we seem to be one of the few here about being sad if JT leaves. I keep thinking that if any of our other forwards (Petey included) put up the numbers that JT put up in the past 3 years let alone last year, we'd be building them a statue outside of the arena. He's not only good on offense, but he does PK (much more than Bo), and is actually decent on faceoffs. But of course, if his ask is 10M AAV on an 8-year term, then that makes it hard...

    4. Ghostsof1915

      Ghostsof1915

It's hard to judge when we aren't privy to the numbers....

Our guy finishes at minus 1, and tied for seventh.  He gets a big payday, and is automatically into next year’s US Open as a top 10 finisher this year.

Hard to believe he'd be 35 is he were still alive.  Time flies.  He had all the tools to be a very good, if not an excellent defenceman.  Would probably held a bunch of Canucks records if he played the past 15 season in the blue and green.  Hockey is secondary...sad he left so young.

I was just getting my motorcycle licence at the time as well. I was at Pacific Riding School.

It still stings. So sorry for his family and friends.

This is why you get lessons to learn how to avoid accidents as best as you can, before you buy the bike.

  19. LOL at my fail texting. I should always check before sending but I never do. So many mistakes. I was listing things for my mechanic to check and then this happened: "please have a look at my dunwoody (pronounced dun-woo-dee) motor, I think it's burning out". English is his second language so I imagine he googled it. ("Sunroof")

Later I accidentally sent him about 20 pics of Dad's garden meant for my daughter.

    Whatever. I try.

Me too, Joe! But when I do get a winner, it's a longshot and pays well. So it's few and far between but far more exciting. My daughter's b/f came with us and won a couple of races (favourites) and won about two bucks. He was thrilled to "win" but that's not my kind of win. Show me the $$!
