This deal is a MASSIVE win for the Canucks as far as this coming season goes, but will we be able to clear enough cap to sign Demko, Pettersson, and Hughes now?

There will definitely be plenty of work to be done next summer. Sutter, Pearson, Baer, Edler all come off the books next year, but that only frees up about $17m, not enough to sign all three, never mind players that would need to replace those guys.
