khay Posted March 1, 2022 Share Posted March 1, 2022 Why not? I like Chara. I think he's a bit too slow now but as a 3LD, he's fine and he can definitely help the PK. He would also be able to provide some protection to younger guys down the stretch. And, uh well, we should start a new tradition of acquiring the captain of the team that beat us in the SCF. I went to a Canucks/Islanders game years ago where they paired Chara and Eric Cairns (6'5-6'6) together and it was quite the sight to see. Slightly shorter than Myers, but not a beanpole like Myers.
