I feel like half the hate for CDC comes from people that were banned from CDC. I've never been to Reddit but wading through HFBoards was just too painful. Pretty sure that HFBoards is mostly 50 yr old men that failed to accomplish anything in their life.

Boeser did look tired against SJ, and with the Calder getting more and more out of reach, that trophy shouldn`t be a focus. Brock will score 30+ goals for us in his rookie (shortened) season. He was also the best player at the All Star game (while Barzal rested). Amazing. Im really excited about his future with the team. 

Boeser's been getting double-shifted quite often over the last few weeks. I'd hesitate to outright scratch him, but the team could probably benefit from limiting his minutes a bit.

I like this so far but I want to see more Juolevi first. Hutton and (especially) Pouliot aren't doing much for me right now. Archibald has to make the team, in my mind.

That Russia US game going on to another OT frame would have been great.

IMO, continuous OT makes the gold medal game an endurance test, which is a far greater factor in determining the better team. Much more so than some 1v1 individual skills competition.

Im excited for next year and the continued growth of our budding NHL stars. Hughes, Petey, Boeser and Demko are the main guys you want to see continue to develop. After that my mind shifts to Gaudette, MacEwen and Rafferty potentially making impacts in the NHL.

Loved the Latvian Locomotive, he was fast and could hit hard. Wonder what ever happened to him. Watching Matthews in the playoffs, I wasn't impressed. One goal in 7 playoff games?

I think the Oilers will be in a similar situation some years from now.

Kane + Toews + Saad + Seabrook + Keith + Crawford = nearly $40M.  They might need to fill out the rest of the roster with rookies and projects just to stay under the cap.
