Our hurt guys are about to come back.

I'd like to see Miller stay at center for a while too.

Down the stretch:

Petey Miller Boeser

Hogz Horvat Virt

Motte Sutter Gaudette

Rous Beagle MacEwen

You'd keep Roussel in ahead of Pearson?

He's a victim of circumstance. Can only play so many more this season to meet Expansion Draft eligibility, so management is doing the responsible thing and sitting him.

Expect to see him through, for he can play (i think) ~12 more without consequence.

Mac is draft eligible no matter how many games he plays. The only Canucks exempt from the draft are listed below. Games played only come into effect to meet the

minimum exposure limit.

In addition, all NHL teams must meet the following minimum requirements regarding players exposed for selection in the draft:

* One defenseman who is a) under contract in 2021-22 and b) played in at least 40 NHL games the prior season or played in at least 70 NHL games in the prior two seasons.

* Two forwards who are a) under contract in 2021-22 and b) played at least 40 NHL games the prior season or played in at least 70 NHL games in the prior two seasons

EXEMPT AGE POS CAP HIT EXPIRY
Höglander, Nils 20 LW $891,667 RFA (2023)
Lockwood, William 22 RW $842,500 RFA (2022)
Focht, Carson 21 C $821,667 RFA (2023)
Michaelis, Marc 25 LW $700,000 RFA (2021)
Rathbone, Jack 21 LD $925,000 RFA (2022)
Hughes, Quinn 21 LD $916,667 RFA (2021)
Woo, Jett 20 RD $860,833 RFA (2023)

That's not what Green said, in response to the Bailey/Motte question

"Not sure exactly when we'll have them back, if we will" is what he said

Take your pick (in all honestly, there was one play where someone was mauling him from behind, piggy back style with their arm/stick right over his shoulder to the front of him that I was looking for but can't find.  Anyhow...he takes abuse all game long...could be a number of plays.  They said it was in a game versus Winterpeg somewhere but not sure.

Nothing to see here...crosschecking, trips and holding/the stick are not penalties unless your name's McDavid.  Doubt these are the ones that caused the injury, but he really does have to be a contortionist out there at times to escape the "coverage".

Zebras use to call the Sedins all the time for what #13 is doing there.

Did you see Tanner 'clip' Tofu and leave him on the ice wondering?

He did not look at all comfortable and seemed shaken his 'friend' got him like that.

And TT didn't do much after that either.

I've always like Pearson and was disappointed when LA got him.

Now it seems he's put our team in front of his friendship w/tofu.

I did! The look of surprise on TT was priceless
