On the bright side, they will be keeping their pick this year lol

Say this as a joke, but it is a good year to keep our 1st. Lol.

If Green is the coach of this team to start next season I'll be very surprised. If the Canucks miss the playoffs this and next season that's Benning gone as well as Greener's. With that said very rarely do GMs get to bring in more than 2 head coaches. Fired Torts, let Willie go, and potentially firing Green.

So true. This team, however, did show they can skate against the Pens.  That was a great game and the young guys will be better for it.

I am not excusing the coaching. They can be better but missing these guys is by far the biggest reason why we are struggling.

Feels the same when the Caps came back. Damm i thought we had this one. Nucks luck.

They bounced back from that game well, winning 7-2. Let's hope they do it again.

Throw this gm under rug.

Happy turkey day for some of you.

Honestly, hard to completely blame Demko when Myers ran him over. Jake and Guentzel did a flyby screen on him. Defense literally backs off Malkin and just freely lets him tee up a clapper from main street. The defensive coverage is atrocious and we gotta stop just sitting in the slot. No defensive pressure of any kind just let the opposing team freely set up until the puck hits a skate or the goalie makes a save. It's the d zone style in 5 on 5 and on the PK. Just let them have free range to do whatever they want.

I’m a Demko fan, but he’s a bit of a mental midget. He’s gotta be able to bail the team out when they are a mess. He had a four goal lead to play with.

Without guys like Sutter, Beagle, Motte, Roussel and Ferland we are easy to play against and are gonna have trouble closing out games.

Our team went to $&!# when these guys got hurt.

we are great offensive but have zero defender/checkers in our bottom 6 and teams are taking advantage.

injury bug &^@#s us over again.

They were missing the best player of this era.

Horrendous coaching but it was offside.

That's the only decision by Green he made all night that was good.

For those of you who can't figure it out, Malkin is onside, it's the guy in the middle away from Malkin. His back skate is an inch above the ice.

Your pic is photo evidence that the play was onside. The refs were right, you are wrong.

They may be 8-3 but they're gonna get pantsed during the most watched NFL regular season game of the year tomorrow.  Short week, Dallas has a good D, and the Bills haven't been playing the run anywhere near as good as they do the pass.

Yeah I agree. They're a rather curious 8-3.

They'll be the turkey's getting stuffed tomorrow.

it was a stupid stupid decision. he should've known the rules! an inconclusive challenge will always favour the ruling on the ice.

Slow down the replay and you can see the skater on the left wing had his skate up on entry.

There was a case to be made there.
