I wasn't expecting Holtby @ $4.3 million per - I suppose I have no significant problems with Holtby, similar to other goalie UFAs out there who have warts. Chances are he will play well. - The term is okay, but the cap hit feels a bit high. I was assuming a guy somewhere around $2.5(ish) million would be signed. - Maybe Holtby plays really well, and if another team needs a goalie (injury reasons, etc) then he could be flipped (possibly with a bit of retention). regards, G.
