Because if they lose his job might be on the line.Coaches are hired to be fired if they don't produce.

Cassels will be a third liner maybe a 2nd and he will be a fan favorite but star is a little too much. I don't even call Jensen a star and he has a higher potential than cassels.

^ agreed joe...although I'm a bit more wary of the "slump" because of it being a condensed season. If they slump for very long...or pick the wrong time to "slump"...they could be out of the playoffs before it's over.
